FLASHING BANNERS.

Okay so some people have asked me how i do my banners on my rp account so my first tutorial i’m going to make is on flashing banners, or however you might like to call them! here is mine: http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff176/xWandxDisasterx/gt4r5g.gif

First Step:

You choose the background or picture you’d like to use on your banner, for myself i only use blank because you get to get more creative and add brushes and such ok so usually the sizes for banners are 422 x 168, so here is mine if you’d like to use this one you are more welcome to..

Second,third, and the rest is continued from here:

Choose brushes you’d like to use and what you’d like to add to your text, after you do that you are going to go to ‘Window’ and open up ‘Animation’ it should look something like this..

After that opens up make sure to click on the little page next to the trash can

and it should now have duplicated your frames and it should look like this now

Since there is now two you will need to duplicate your text layers aswell and make sure that when you do this you are on your first frame!..

After you’ve Duplicated your text make sure to click on the little eye next to the Duplicated layer of your layer while you’re on the first frame!

You will than click on the second frame and do the same but this time you click on the little eye next to the original text!, they should look something like this..

Now here comes the tricky part, You will go back to your first frame and have one part of your name a certain color and than click on your second frame and make the other part of your name a different color or if you’d like for your name to just blink, than make your first frames text one color and the second frames another color..

here is the other one you can make which is easier if you’re barely starting on ps..

and then when you are done with all this you can try your creation by clicking the little play button..

oh by the way see those..

You can change those by how fast you want your name to flash and you should get something like this..depending on which one you chose to make, OH and make sure to not save these as ‘save as..’ save them as ‘Save for Web & Devices’! or else when you want to use them somewhere they wont flash!..
